“Ama,ing from start to finish”

“住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“To he honest, I would expect a lot more considering the price. Amenities were very basic. Everything cost extra and is far from cheap, e.g. transfer, beach towels, breakfast. Super slow WiFi only in reception area. Restaurant staff was inattentive and not really welcoming. Food was good but also expensive. All-in-all not great value for money unfortunately. Would not book again.”

“Nos attentes ont été largement dépassées. L'emplacement dans la baie est de rêve : se réveiller le matin et aller nager directement dans la mer, observer les poissons, et même les tortues. Le gérant et l'ensemble du personnel étaient très aimables et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans notre joli bungalow bien entretenu, situé en première ligne. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à un buffet gigantesque, ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible, car……

“Very enjoyable experience staying at the Gondwana Hotel in Noumea. The staff were excellent; friendly, welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was enjoyable and the location provided an excellent base from which to explore this lovely part of New Caledonia.”

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”

“Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Balcony was a lovely place to be first thing in the morning & also in the evening to watch sunset. Just a quick walk to Anse Vata beach for amazing swimming with lifeguards on duty. Very convenient to head out to duck or master islands for the day( just pop across the road) Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer which made it so convenient.”

“We had a fantastic 5 nights here with our 2 girls. Pascal was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The boat trip to the island and sailing were highlights! The snorkelling off the beach was also amazing with beautiful coral, lots of fish and turtles. Whilst it was often quite windy, we managed to find sheltered spots in the garden to enjoy the sun. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is was so peaceful and peaceful quiet, we were often the only……

“The Residence is an older style beachside stay. It has character, easy going but very secure. Close to the beach and away from the traffic. Self contained and with a quality supermarche in close walking distance. The bus stop is virtually outside the door but this area is fantastic for walking and - well - promenading!”
